Conversations (On-Premise Versions)

We do not have access to, nor do we collect, any information from your Daxow conversations, messages, or attachments in self-hosted versions. All data is stored on your own servers and is not transmitted to Daxow.

Conversations (Cloud Version)

Data is stored securely in our databases. We do not process or share your conversation data.

Users (On-Premise Versions)

We do not access or collect any information about your users in self-hosted installations. All information remains on your servers.

Users (Cloud Version)

Data is stored securely in our databases. We do not process or share your user data.

Other Information

• On-Premise: We do not have access to or collect information generated by your use of Daxow.
• Cloud: Information is securely stored but not processed or shared by Daxow.

Integrations & Connected Apps

Slack

When you sync Daxow with Slack, we may collect: team_id, channel_id, access_token, your website URL, purchase code, Slack email, Slack name, and Slack profile picture. This data is sent only once upon integration. Slack messages and content are routed through our server but not stored. For more privacy, contact us for instructions to use your own Slack integration. Dialogflow & Google

When connecting with Dialogflow or Google services, we may collect a refresh token, purchase code, email, locale, and profile picture. Only the refresh token is sent to our server. For privacy concerns, contact us for alternatives. For Google/Dialogflow’s privacy, visit their official sites.

Messenger

When you sync Daxow with Facebook Messenger, we may collect the page token, page ID, and purchase code. Messenger content is routed but not stored on our servers. For Messenger’s privacy, visit messenger.com.

Other Apps & Integrations

When integrating with third-party services, information is shared according to each service’s privacy policy and terms of use.

Data Retention Policy

We retain basic information such as your email address for service notifications and communication. We do not store other types of data about you unless otherwise specified.

You may contact us at any time at privacy@daxow.com to request deletion of your information from our system. Your data will be deleted within 7 days of your request.
